Curro da Mosenda and Nacenza are two moments of the same story. Nacenza is a novel, the boundless, a whole life; Curro da Mosenda is a tale, with a clear beginning and end, yet what unfolds between those two moments can also span an entire lifetime.
Amador Lorenzo
Amador Lorenzo (Bueu, 1976) is a Senior Technician in Image from the School of Image and Sound of A Coruña, with extensive experience in media such as El País (Galicia edition), Xornal de Galicia, Marca, Luzes, and the Los Angeles Times. Since 2017, he has been the co-director of FFoco, the A Coruña Photography Festival, where he has also curated notable exhibitions such as O Piano pola xanela (Fundación Luis Seoane, 2020) and Profundar (Lúa Ribeira).
In the film industry, he has worked as a still photographer in productions such as Matria by Álvaro Gago and O Corno by Jaione Camborda. He won the Luis Ksado Photography Creation Award 2012 and was a finalist in contests like Descubrimientos PHotoESPAÑA 2014.
His recent exhibitions include Dique de Abrigo (Fundación Luis Seoane, 2018), Un cierto panorama (PHotoESPAÑA 2017, shown in several countries), and Un mundo que sofre baixo un manto de flores (Kiosco Alfonso, 2021). He has self-published works such as Bolhao (2016) and Dique de Abrigo (2018).
